Have been dealing with Bowditch Ford regularly for almost 30 years, and have always been treated well.
Do not sell or trade in a car to Bowditch Ford
Sold car, process was sloppy, it was supposed to be a 15 day payoff but we are on day 19 and the lien holder still has not received the check. When we called the finance manager , we got conflicting and contradicting answers.

Ripped off by Bowditch
Never seen quite a group of liars and thieves. They flat out busted my water pump due to their neglance and continued to blame me.Worst customer service ever and they live by the motto The customer is most certainly always wrong. These reviews will be on every site everyw...here possible. In addition I will spread the word like wildfire about getting f'ed by Bowditch. The vice boy even admitted it was their fault.
