Great store BIG selection!
I love this place. No matter what kind of party you are having, they have theme there!! Prices are ok, but with the selection its worth it. A one stop shop :O)

actually they do have one male who works there. he works in the back by the boxes. just an fyi.
Love this store
The man who yelled at you does NOT work at the Box Outlet, because they have an all female staff. Perhaps you should get the facts straight before berating a store for the actions of some one else. I have never seen any of the employees yell at a customer, even thoug...h there have been quite a few that needed it. You said the store was cluttered, but keep in mind in the retail business that the holidays are always changing. If the personnel were in the middle of moving merchandise, then of course you can expect some clutter. I do not shop at Sheila's Party World as they have very little product to choose from, the customer service is terrible, and every time I have ever asked for help the empolyee of the day acted as though it was my fault for interrupting thier little chat sessions. I would not reccomend Shiela's to anyone. It is true that you get what you pay for, and what you get at the Box Outlet is quality merchandise with sterling customer service. I love this store :)
Don't go here
I don't even want to give them one star, but I had to. Not only is the store dark and cluttered..very junky, but the owner is abominable. I used to shop there for an organization I worked for whenever they had events. I have always shopped for party goods, etc. at Sheil...a's Party World in Rodney Village. But my Mom asked me to look in there just to compare. I twas pretty awful. But as I was leaving, the owner came in and yelled at me for where I parked. FYI: I parked where I had always parked when we went there before - RIGHT NEXT TO THE PARKING FOR BOX OUTLET CUSTOMERS ONLY SIGN! He didn't say "Could you please move your vehicle?" He shouted with a snarled face "MOVE YOUR TRUCK NOW!" If I had merchandise in my hands, I would have thrown it in the floor and told him what I thought of his junky store and his horrible attitude to his customers. I will NEVER go there again. Sheila's staff know how to treat customers and the merchandise is easier to look through/better quality too!
