BRA TENDERS NYC

My company had a store credit with Bra*Tenders. In the past we had been a regular client. Due to the nature of our productions in the past few years, our need for their products diminished. We phoned in to find out if a store credit could be turned into gift certificate...s. The Customer Service person said yes. When my intern was sent to get the gift certificates, One of the owners of the company refused, saying that it was something they didn't do. When I called personally to discuss it, I was not spoken to politely by the owner. I inquired about the gift certificate situation and was told that our business with them used to be regular but since we hadn't brought them more than a trickle of business recently that they were unwilling to extend us any "privelages." I will not be recommending them to ANYONE nor will I be sending them manufacturing business that is in the works that I had planned on doing with them. I saw Bra Tenders featured on a TV show last week and it spurred me to make an appointment, and I'm so glad I did. My appointment was with Raquel and she was absolutely wonderful. She's so sweet and was able to correctly size me at a glance. I had been wearing the wrong... size, and when I put on the first bra she recommended, it was like a lightbulb went on: it was comfortable and made my body look great. Not to mention I actually stood up straighter (I kid you not). And about price- yes, some of their bras are more expensive, and I indulged in one of those (it was pretty! I couldn't help it), but most of the bras I was shown were very reasonable and the other two everyday bras I purchased were easily in the Macy's range. Read More

The Best in NYC! Fantastic service and selection. Personalized fittings. I am large-busted and hard to fit and they have many, many gorgeous bras in my size. I never had a truly proper fitting in my life till I came here. This place far surpasses dept. stores, Vicky's ...Secret, Bra Smythe (I have tried them all).
