Taking my mother out...to future visit
I brought my mother to Brazzaz on 12/28/09 and one word describes it all.... WOW! Great service, fast servers, our waitress was very upbeat and friendly, and best of all my mother enjoyed it enough to say she'd bring the rest of the famliy! I'm definately coming back...... besides my gf and my anniversary is coming up and I could think of no better place to take her but somewhere she's never been that has the perfect atmosphere, good service, and good food that will make her end our night on a very good note!

Our Mother's Day 2009 experience
My experience was a litte out of the ordinary ... FIRST.. The food was FABULOUS, the service was OUTSTANDING, i enjoyed everything IN the restaurant. My problem was the VALET, they locked our keys inside the car and didn't tell us until we were ready to leave. Then th...ey were so NON-CHALANT about it and wanted us to pay for a locksmith. After LOSING our cool a little, the management finally relented and said "we are calling a locksmith and so sorry for the inconvenience". They didn't offer any type of comfort until we asked for a complimentary drink of f----- water (they gave free drinks while we waited). It took 2.0 hours for them to get us in our car, then we found out they LIED and didn't call a locksmith, instead had the valet guys trying to shimmy something through the door, etc to unlock the door. I was very angry and dissatisfied with this treatment. I might go back to Brazzaz's, but will not use the valet parking and this isn't the only website i will complain too.
Loved It!!!
Just thinking of Brazzaz makes my mouth water. The variety of meats that the gauchos present are all of my favorite. They're cooked and seasoned to perfection. It's worth sitting there for a few hours to sample each meat. Just one word of advice-take it easy on the ...salad bar because it can fill you up before the main course. Also, don't forget to order a caparina!
