Offer for Trade-in way too low.
The trade-in offer was 2k less than the competition. I would look elsewhere.
Van disaster
We had a bad experience with Bright Bay. We don't understand how they passed the inspection with dry rotted tires and the emission leaks. After buying the van, the next day the engine light stayed on. We brought it in to be serviced, and we received the van with a brok...en mirror , a cracked windshield and the engine light still stays on. Don't do any business with them as they are con artists. They will say and do anything to get a sale.
