Event Date: 05/02/09 Time: Afternoon Who: Anthony (Manager or acting manager) His role was very disturbing to the employees and customers on th...at day! I have never experienced any managers acting in such a way that would deter the future business and future employees. Anthony had addressed the associate on the floor as she had already requested to leave early for that date. His responses were "Don't let my money go," and "If you leave don't come back." That to me is very unprofessional and very unrighteous to the employees that help the company a float. His display as a manager is very poor and lacks any interest in providing great quality customer services. Managers are the reflections to our many businesses today. Poor management leads to poor business, low staffing and poor finances.
