Terrible Service. Do not recommend!
These folks were called via AAA to tow my car out of a small ditch in the driveway. The driver didn't even bother to get out of the car to survey the situation. Said that our driveway (with less than an inch of snow) needed to be plowed and he was worried about our car ...sliding in to his truck. The car itself was less than tow car lengths from the end of the driveway. You would think they were a city company not a Vermont tow company. Not helpful at all!
