Fantastic experience
For over a year I had been looking for someone in the computer repair field to help me fix a big mess in my Microsoft Outlook. Most repair people know how to fix a bad hard drive or video card but few are knowledgeable about software. Among the challenges I had was that... due to transferring my Outlook calendars and contacts into new computers over the years, I had several versions of them. Furthermore, I had no way of knowing how to get my Outlook to talk to my iPhone and iPad.Owner William Trouard spent four very intense hours working on this problem. He was exceedingly careful to avoid any potential loss of data. When he was done everything worked beautifully.I was extremely satisfied with his level of expertise as well as his determination to not leave until everything was right. I have told all my friends about him.
