I took my daughters UGG BOOTS to get cleaned and waterproofed also my heels to get repaired. The owner was very honest and explained how the job was going to be done. They looked like new at pickup, very impressed, GREAT JOB. It was worth every penny

We've gone to LoTempio for years and they've never failed us. Recently I brought in a pair of dressy slingback sandals. There was elastic in the sling but the shoes flopped like flip-flops when I walked, causing pain and almost making the shoes fly off with every step. ...I thought they would need a complicated repair such as shortening the sling, but Robert's solution of pads in the toes was elegantly simple and effective. The pads prevent my feet from sliding forward in the shoes, which was the real cause of the problem. He put them in for me then and there, and the charge was all of $6.47. I had an odd request of cutting off the toe part of my platform disco boots and adding "bling" around the open toe area. Lo Tempio actually did it while I waited and did an amazing job!!! I was extremely impressed, I thought for SURE it would take a week and wondered how on earth they would do it. But it was as if they had done it many times before.

I have had shoes resoled, zippers replaced, and boots made weather safe. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for this type of service.
