Over the several months my family was working with capstone homes they caused tons of unnecessary stress, drama, and financial loss for us to the point where we were concerned for our families mental health. It was BAD. the end result was they've taken approximately 400...0 of our 5000 deposit; this was after threats from their business manager, withholding $, and several instances of baiting and switching things they claimed were standard....all to make it cheaper on them and have my family suffer. for example we were paying an extra 9000 for a bathroom upgrade to have a tiled corner tub and instead they offered us a smaller tub...non tiled. They said they COULD tile it like they promised originally however they'd CHARGE US MORE MONEY. there's many instances with capstone that they lied about things and swore they'd put an addendum on the contract later just to get my family to sign paperwork to lock us into things. ridiculous Read More
