We had a hailstorm come through our area this past March. I visually inspected my roof from ground level and did not see any damage. Cedar Valley called me and at first I thought they were storm chasers. I made an appt to talk to them anyway and I'm glad I did. They... coordinated with my insurance company to get them to come out and inspect my roof. My Cedar Valley rep was always available via cell phone when I needed to ask him a question. He also made sure he was here on site when the Insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof. Although I did not have significant damage (Only part of my roof was damaged so my insurance company would not pay for a full damage repair), My insurance company paid me appx 1/2 cost of a new roof. Cedar Valley did work with me on my deductible (they paid the total deductible!) and I paid the other "1/2, plus the upgrades. (I upgraded to a "higher end" shingle and we also paid extra because we had a "designer color" The shingles were delivered to my house and were put exactly where I wanted them placed. The installation crew were fabulous. They did an EXCELLENT Job! Very quick and professional. They moved all of my patio furniture and my freestanding patio cover. Now my roof is by far the best looking roof on the street. My neighbor on one side says she wishes her roof (that is not that old) looked like ours. My other neighbor asked who "did our roof" because she was looking for someone to replace hers. Being a first time home buyer and never actually getting onthe roof- Cedar Valley stopped by my house one afternoon took about 30 mins and gave me vaulable information about how hail damage is cover under my home owner insurance. About 2 weeks later they were at my hous...e putting a new roof on and it looks great! Cedar Valley is very helpful from the first knock on the door to the end result with calling to see if I was satisfy!
