Called the wrong one... I thought
I thought I was calling the same chemdry I have used in the past. I did not realize the error until the carpet was cleaned. I had 2 stains that never would come out in the past years. To my suprise the spots were gone. Yes, even the 2 that never came out in the past. I ...was a little perturbed that they didnt get them out in the past cleanings. When I mensioned to Troy my complaint he said they had never been to my house before. He showed me the magentte on the refrigerator was of a differant company. I now have a new magnette on my frig and I will be sure to get Troy to come back to my house next time.
