ChartWest Realty - Great Company
The bottom line to these negative posts is that they are false. Written in a coersion by two fired employees of ChartWest Realty. One, Tracy Faust, who is on mental disability, for a reason, she is nuts. The other, Joylene, who is just bitter with her poor choices in... life, especially with men. Joseph from Winkelman wrote under the authorship of the two idiots referrenced above. It is easy to write things on the internet that are not true. Have the guts to put a real name to your writings!! You have something to write about ChartWest Realty, have the guts to sign your correct name. Talk is cheap but being sued in court for slander is not so cheap!

Do not let this firm handle your rental property. The firm will not turn over proceeds from the rental, nor will it give you back the tenant's security deposit once you terminate your contract with the firm. Due to complaints and failure to respond, the BBB dropped this firm from its membership and from its "ethical" program. This firm will steal from you.

Since the loss or should I say dissapearence of Mrs. Susan Buttars and this new Hubby BoB! Who is very sneaky and tricky! Basically a good liar! Oh and did I mention a good thief too? They stopped distributing monies to the actual home owners and then dissapearing?... We pulled some properties only to find that they had been collceting monies from tenants and letting employees stay in the properties in exchange for pay/compensation! Something screwy here!
