i don't know what everyone is talking about here this was the only place that had a replacement part for my vintage amp was iffy about putting in an order. took the chance got my item in 4 days all the way in texas would do business again

This company does try to swindle you, if you dispute it with credit card, then they send item. Ordered item June 4, rec'd it July 20th. Look elsewhere for parts/
