City of Orting

Back in approx. 1973-5 my then husband and I lived in the old white farmhouse at he tGratzer Dairy. My husband was Johns milker and we were able to rent the house for $100/month. How wonderful it was to live in that house with all the antiques we had. It totally match ...the era of the home. We put in ao big veggie garden, fixed the yard up from years of neglect and milked my pet goat twice a day. Now remarried my husband and I drove to Orting only to discover there is no more Gratzer dairy. I know life is constantly changing.. but please tell me the house was in good enough condition to move off the property before the school went up where the farm use to be. Or was is torn down?
