Horrible Corporate Customer Service
The gym itself isn't so bad however the customer service corporate is a joke. They post offers on their website and refuse to honor them. When you complain instead of coming back with a fair offer they come back with an insulting one and basically say take it or leave... it. They have many BBB complaints and have a C- rating. Its easy to see why. Would have loved to join if they were an honorable company and at least attempted to make good on their offer.
LOVE THE STAFF!
Rachel at the front desk is the friendliest and most competent staff member i have ever met. in addition, i am very please with the personal training, especially Joe L. Together, these two make a dynamic due and I love working out at the gym!

the manager for custom built personal training in the north haven location is the best. The best trainer ever, the best dressed, and the best looking.!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars for joe
