NO STARS
Nasty, mean and arrogant local business. They prey on the hard working local community in the off-season to supplement their greed. If you are dealing with this company it is probably not your choice so BE WARNED! The price changes, they demand cash only, and do not ...give receipts for services unless requested and will not itemize said receipt. ALL ILLEGAL PRACTICES. Not to mention the disrespect they displayed when clearly their customer base is frustrated and upset over having their car towed…. It is their “professional” business therefore I would expect them to keep their cool and understand how to deal with upset/frustrated customers and not curse, approach and/or intimidate. Another young girl (in her 20’s) and myself were cursed at by the owner of company and then he struck my vehicle when I asked him to speak to us with a little bit more respect after he came at me while cursing and yelling. It was 11:30pm in a dark parking lot, after hours in the middle of nowhere and this man approached us with intent to intimidate. The vehicle was also parked in a zone that thought to have been legal as she was working in a local business and was parked in the correct parking spot but did not have the permit “highly visible”. This is usually called extortion when something is taken illegally and cash money is demanded. This company goes around and tows any and all cars parked in “tow away zones”, whether they are contracted with those local businesses or not. They take it upon themselves to “police” these areas and take money out of hard working locals pockets. BE WARNED TO OBEY ALL TOW SIGNS IN BEACH AREAS or be willing to give these bottom-feeders your hard earned cash.
