How is it possible that these people are open for service bussiness? When they don't even understand the first sign of it. They stole almost $1000 from us and practically throw us out with my children at 1:00 in the morning with a 65 degree temperature, without caring t...hat there wasn't any other hotel in the whole Cocoa Beach City. No explanation, no help and in top of this they shut us of by not letting us speak at all. Even the security officers were rude to us like if were the ones to be blame for their lack of professionalism and ethics. Their promise of a safe and quiet night do not exist, there is not a "happy" stay here.

They do NOT DESERVE no even one star!!!!, they are a rip off!!! Beware : they will steal your money and thow you away if they can!
Do not count with the security officers they are pirates with NO ETHICS whatsoever!!!!! No fun, just hassle and suffering.

If I could take away all the stars away I could after the horrible things they did and the bad time that they, still today (3/16/09) are giving us. They stole $850 from my bank account, they told us to shut our mouth, and practically throw us out on a 65 degrees night a...t 1:00 am. With my children. They promised a safe and quiet night and all we got was robed and humilliated.

They stole $850 from my bank account, they told me to shut my mouth-no once, but 5 TIMES!!!- just because I wanted peace and quiet during my "night" stay, the security officers are so unmannered you would think if they are criminals themselves. Their promises of silence... after 11:00 pm are a joke. They took the money and practically throw us out on a 65 degree night, they did not care about my children being in the cold and without a room in the whole Cocoa Beach City.

If I could take away all the stars, I would for all the hassle this hotel caused us; from the front desk to the useless, no manners security "officers" This hotel promised a safe and restful stay and what I got was robed, humilliated, practically thrown out with my chil...dren in the middle of a 65 degrees night. On top of this when I ask for an explanation most of the service have no idea what I am talking about and the rest: Don't care. This people do not know the meaning of service and welcoming; they should be closed; or have a sign saying white trash only.
