Excellent
I have been purchasing various cleaning products from Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp and have found the advice given on what is the best product has been excellent!
SCAM
I must agree with the other reviewer. This company deserves negative stars. They Have twice sent us products that we did not order and have used strog arm tactic to obtain payment. The funny thing is that they spend all this time trying to get payment for a $ 250 pro...duct. There is no record of who the owners of the company are or who the directors are. They may have good products but if I do not order it. I do not want it.
Commercial Maintenance Chemical (CMC) = SCAM
Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp is a company full of lying, deceitful people. BBB won't do anything. What needs to happen is a Federal or State criminal investigation. Even though CMC is violating many interstate commerce laws the FBI doesn't seem to be concerned. ...Why is this? I would contact your State's Attorney General Office and/or Secretary of State's Office and file a criminal complaint. There is soooo much online evidence of criminal activity.
Scam
This company does not rate a star it should by charged with unfair bussiness practices. they send you products you have not ordered and bill you hundreds of dollars in product and shipping cost.
SCAM!
Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp is a SCAM! They offer a free trial and then start sending you hundreds of lbs of "Green Gobbler" saying that you uthorized the sale. when you say that you only agreed to the trial amount they say that they do not offer such a thing. ...Or say that the shipment was damaged by UPS and that the remainded or your shipment is already in route and that they cannot stop sending you the stuff. UPS in an unknowing participant in this scam and need to be informed of their involvement. One start is defineately one star too many.
Hang up when these scammer call!
1 Star is too many. If these people call you, you should hang up immediately. They sell a chemical sewer degreaser at 4.99 a lb. The problem is that they do not disclosed the real price. They sell it in gallons, bill you in pounds and they "have to" ship it in small inc...rements because the shipping company won't ship it any other way...or that is the story that you are told. The "just try it" offer turns into a $3500. scam plus the $480.00 shipping and handling. When I called to find out why we were being billed so much, the supervisor "jessica" says it was me who was trying to cheat them....really??? Never, Never, Never do business with these scammers.
