I called Eric To help us with our network. I knew we had viruses that were slowing us down, especially on our Quickbooks. I explained all of this to him over the phone and in person. He showed up and told us we needed all new computers, that he would make for us. I was ...excited to get our network up and running so I agreed to buying one. We have 5 total. I figured I could buy one at a time. He sent me out to buy a new printer, which I love! When I got back, he had disassembled two of our computers and gave us a "loner" He never transferred my Quickbooks to this loner and told me he would be back the next day to help me with that, He never showed. And to make things for our company worse, the loner did not work. UGGGHHH. He charged me 300( I was in complete shock). What do he do?? NOTHING but screw up our two computers and left me with no Quickbooks and a non working "loner". He became very nervous when I got my husband involved in the details of how much RAM and all that technical stuff. He thought he was dealing with a woman who didn't know any better. When my husband started asking for a written proposal, Eric was VERY slow in getting us one. When he finally did, the cost went up by 200 dollars for each computer we would buy. When we shopped it around, he was really ripping us off. When we told him we did not want to continue working with him, he became quite the PEST! Text after text, early in the am on weekends. We have a total on 47 texts from him between both phones repeatedly asking for us to give him another chance. He went on and on about how he is nationally known for his excellent services and the the FBI wrote him a letter of recognition...... who cares, he messed up our network and charged me way too much. When he finally got it though is big head that we were not using him he text us all night asking for his loner back. I told him when we got in on Monday morning I would leave it. The texts kept coming in. We asked if he could give us a small refund and he said he would consider it. We have not seen a penny from him. I decided to watch our video surveillance tape. While I was gone, he was on his cell phone, texting and talking most of the time I was gone. I would not recommend his company. He is a slob who talks too much and did nothing to help us.
