Best Experience Yet with Computer Repair
CCI has a very friendly staff. Mr. Riad is honest about your options once the problem is found and takes what you need into account more than trying to slip in expensive parts. I overheard this with other customers, too, and not just myself. My experience took one day f...or evaluation and one for data retrieval (laptop had died from faulty manufacturer's parts.) The total bill was about $100, including time&labor, which I find fair for the specialty equipment and experience involved. I would and will definitely use CCI again, and recommend them highly.
