Excellent
The technicians are all excellent, knowledgeable, remembering clients and their problems, patient, and understanding returning and initiating calls. They were always within promised delays or early to return a repair. They even go beyond the initial repair requested whe...n a details was not given to them when bringing in the hardware. I highly recommend them to all who need advice, repair and comfort !! ! A very good address in the impersonal world of computers and technology.
Great Customer service with Hector
I have been a customer for 1 year and half and came a few times for repairs. I recommend the repair services provided. Not only the prices are fair, but the service is customable and aimes at resolving the client issue, which was not what I experienced at the Geek Squad... at Best Buy which I was disapointed with. So I really recommend the service. I am a 100% satisfied client. Thanks Hector for your commitment and service.
Computer Problems Fixed
I have had a Desktop computer and 2 laptops fixed and virus scanned by CDS.They fixed everything the first time .They have always communicated by calling an explaining the problem if something is out of the ordinary. If there were additional charges they explained that as well. Very professional , they know their stuff. Highly Recommend !
Recovery
Even though my computer crashed Hector tried his best to recover my files and was very helpful after his attempt. This is my second time using CDS and I would highly recomend them to anyone. Their prices are fair and staff is very well knowledgeable.

All I have to say is: The best service ever!!! I have no words to thank you. I went to Best Buy to fix my computer and ended up so dissappointed. Then, I found this shop: Computer Design & Service and I have to say waooo. This guys know their job. Since you entered the ...store you can feel the difference. The personalized treatment, the time they spend with you to explain every single detail you want to know. Thanks for your patience and your service. I am definitely coming back.
Hector's so patient
In addition to being a computer whiz, Hector has kindly explained things to this senior citizen and has been a delightful person with whom to work...he even e-mailed me in Massachusetts when I've had a question or problem. Hope to see him at CDS for many years to come.
