This is a review about a review of a review. Yep, that's right. Someone wrote a review of my shop based on a another review and thought it was worth reducing my star rating over. Well, I don't know about anyone else, but the fact that the guy running this business is wiling to write a review talking badly about one of his customers speaks volumes about the kind of business he runs. Sure, there are bad customers sometimes in every business, but a...s a rule, people in customer service don't talk badly about their customers on a public page dedicated to their business because if they're smart, they know it'll drive away other potential customers. The customer is always right, as the saying goes, and how are other potential customers gonna know who was the "bipolar crackpot" in this situation if they weren't there to see it themselves? Since they weren't there, by default, they're just gonna assume it's the business owner at fault since he's the one doing the service and they're gonna assume he'll write badly about them next if they bother coming into his dirty reeking place. My shop probably does reek of cigarette smoke because I smoke. And I'm not tidy either. After that it's mostly all made up by someone claiming to be a college student but doesn't know the difference between a car wreak and a reeking pile of dung. Occasionally a crack po...t walks through every business' door. She did mention bi-polar, I'd suggest that that may be the source of her problem, she just wasn't made to feel special. If that's the case, I apologize a little bit, not too much though because it wasn't a special problem that she described. Sometimes people put documents on their computers and don't know where to find them. As I recall the documents that she claims were missing were actually on the CD that I made for her, she simply couldn't find them and I couldn't help her much because she couldn't describe where or what they were. The place wreaks of cigarette smoke and is pretty filthy. The technician/owner is incredibly rude....almost bi-polar-like. I asked to see the recovered files (which he burned onto a CD) from my bugged laptop, on his computer. He was SOOOOO offended and yelled at me in f...ront of his other customers! Excuse me for making sure I'm getting for what I pay for! After examining the CD,to my surprise, he did not recover 50% of from the laptop. I advised him that I would come back when the CD was completed and he rolled his eyes at me! I wish I would have gone elsewhere! Read More
