Excellent Service, Great Price!
I use Connecticut Limo all the time to and from the airports and have never had a problem. The drivers are always professional and the customer service agents courteous and helpful. The fares are cheap and I don't get charged to change my reservations. Big plus is i...f I miss my reservation for service from the airports I can still get on the next available one without buying a new ticket. Awesome service!
Charged me twice and nonresponsive to my complaint of being double billed - should have taken them to small claims
Paid up front for round trip. I was told my receipt was not the right color copy so they would not release my luggage unless I paid a second time. Received no response to letters or phone calls to the company. Even though I provided copies of the receipt that was provided to me when I purchased the round trip ticket.
