The employees are very good at what they do, the store is managed very well and the employees are very friendly and outgoing, no problems with customer service at all

My son has purchased parts for his skateboard there a few times but the employees are more interested in socializing with each other and their friends that hang out in the shop than being polite or knowledgeable. It seems to be a trendy clothing store that just happens ...to sell skateboard stuff more than an actual skate shop. They would rather die than exchange a faulty item but will, grudgingly, if you push the issue. Make sure you keep your receipt and make sure you hold them to the store policy printed on the receipt (not all the employees seem to really know the store policy or care about honoring it). Support real local skateboard shops instead of lame mall chains. Okay, Cosmic is a great skateshop for begining skateboarders or a pro. The service is awesome, if you were to buy a deck and all the hardware they will put it all together for, and if you ask for a sticker(s) they will give you a/some sticker(s). Cosmic also has awesom...e skateshoes, pants, shorts, shirts, and of course skateboards. I really hope if you want to start skateboarding you should totally go to Cosmic. Read More
