Everyone is family.
Being new to the area I relied on a recommendation from a friend to go to Cottin's. She told me that they treat you like family and she was so right. Not only did they take excellent care of my car but I learned a lot about what is now my new home. Besides being hone...st and fair about my automotive needs, they just put me at ease about further work for the car. Everything was explained and qualified. This is a family owned and operated business and they truly are the best family you could have working on your vehicle.
honesty, friendliness, an genuinely sincere
Friendly, reliable and honest. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need for my car like a lot of places do, which turns you away from those places. Will definitely return again. Nice to know there are still genuine, honest businesses still out there. just have to search and listen to referrals given to you.
Personal and honest
When I first visited Cottin's, I was worrying about my car needing a clutch. Earlier that day, I had left it at the Ford place for an oil change and they had told me it needed a new clutch. (It had 66,000 miles on it) Being broke, I picked it up and took it to Cottin...'s where he told me it was doing fine. Many months and 30,000 miles later, I finally had to put in a new clutch. Also, Ford wanted $1600 for the job. Cottin's was very reasonable. (not $1600.)
Fast, friendly, and AAA approved - close to the Turnpike too!
I needed to address noisy brakes but the first service place gave a huge estimate including ball joints and engine mount. A contact at my job recommended going to Brian. He addressed the main problem and reassured me the others could wait, and did the whole job in less ...than 1 hour. All this 5 minutes from my workplace so it was really no hassle. I also like the online record-keeping that sends my car's service history straight to my email. Thanks Cottin Automotive!
Fair, Honest, Reliable Service
Great service as usual and worked hard to do the necessary work at the best price possible. I'm truly blessed to have their help in keeping my truck safe and in good operating condition!
