Helen Rudinsky, an experienced Washington DC Marriage & Family Counselor Focusing on therapy for Couples and Individuals building solid relationships to achieve fulfilling lives.
What sets me apart from other Marriage and Family Therapists is my ability to keep... couples on a systematic approach to change. I have put together an intensive, short term program to help my clients achieve results quickly. Once in counseling, couples are able to notice a difference in their relationship right away, even after their first 1-2 visits. Although, not a quick fix, clients can expect to see improvements soon, if they apply themselves. I want clients to feel hope and be empowered so they can move forward making good choices in their relationship and lives.
