Create Cafe

Ok, so this is my second and last time to try the Create Café. The first time I had the tuna melt. Relatively healthy right? You would be as wrong as I was. It seemed like the bread was soaked for an inordinately long time in that non-solidifying kitchen grease they us...e to replace butter before it was fried. I didn’t eat the bread and it still gave me a stomach ache. This time I tried the gyro. They actually seem incapable of providing any form of bread without aforementioned grease soaking. It was incredible. They ruined a perfectly good pita! To top it off they actually fried the meat and onions. Yay! More grease. That one was partially my fault as I didn’t closely read the description on the menu. But a gyro is the last place I would have expected greasy fried meat. Well, I will toss out my grease soaked pita ($8), the greasy, spongy, soggy little sweet potato fries ($2), but keep my fairly descent herbal tea. And chalk this up as lesson finally learned.
