Crown Carpets Inc.

Thanks to Crown and staff for getting our new carpet in and installed in such short order. It was just what we wanted and we found the perfect color blue-gray and a much better quality of carpeting than we could have otherwise afforded from the big carpet remnant stock.
Bob the installer did a wonderful job.
We are very very pleased!

Richard did an outstanding job helping with our carpet purchase. He was knowledgeable and took the time to understand our needs.

Thanks!

I heard the advertising this week end on the radio on why to shop the local independent merchant. I am very disapointed to see Crown Carpets in your merchant association. They installed (incorrectley) $48 a yard carpet and when the carpet started soiling they refussed t...o do any thing, including returning phone calls. They turned the entire matter over to Stain Master and never ONCE called us to see how the complaint was being handled. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and Crown reacted with un truths. Never ONCE calling my wife and I to try and work out this problem. I was having dinner with a contracter friend of ours and told him the story and he said he wished he had known and would not have had us go to Crown since he had major problems with them also. Tomorrow the carpet will be replaced with hardwood by one of the Big Box stores which have bent over backwards to make this job smooth and pleasant for us. This is an example of why the independent retailer is disappearing. Read More
