Poor customer service experience trying to book a cruise
The worst experience ever in trying to book a cruise using a voucher deal from KGB Deals. The specific person in Customer Service who was supposed to handle this offer never returned the numerous calls I made trying to book a cruise using the deal (well before the vouc...her expired). They did not even have the decency to inform you that for whatever reason, they apparently are not honoring their deal with KGB Deals. If I could give Zero stars, I would. This whole experience was a terrible waste of valuable time, that I could have used more productively to book a cruise elsewhere, but instead fruitlessly waited for a call back that never arrived, and meanwhile the rates for each cruise I was trying to book rose significantly due to market conditions. If this is there idea of customer service, be forewarned- take your business elsewhere- you'll be better served.
