About CTG Direct

Do you need help with your computer? Having trouble learning how to do something? Tired of calling your teenage family member for help over the phone and still not figuring it out?

Don't worry, there's no reason to be embarrassed.... you're definitely not alone...... Millions of people around the world struggle with using a computer and the internet every day. Not all of us grew up using computers since we could walk.

But thankfully some of us did....

I'm here to help with anything you want to know how to do. No matter what it is, I can show you how... and not just one time and then leave. I will stay with you until you understand it completely and never have to ask how ever again.

No matter what you want to learn how to do, I can show you. The following is just a small fraction of the things I could potentially teach you.

*Set up a brand new computer or even help you pick out your new computer, the myriad of options can be overwhelming especially when you don't understand what the specifications even mean or if you're getting a good deal or not.
*Basic computer skills like how to navigate the operating system and where everything is
*Basic internet skills like using Google or YouTube properly and efficiently
*Set up your WiFi network
*Set up an email and how to use it correctly.
*Create any type of social media profile and how to use it
*Set up Skype so you can video chat with friends and family
*How to shop online, what places have the best deals and are safe to use, I'll only recommend places I've personally used in the past like Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, etc
*How to manage pictures, music and videos on your computer, saving or sending them from an email or social media
*Show you how to hook your computer up to your TV so you can sit back on the couch or favorite recliner and surf the web
*Protect your computer from viruses or being hacked
*Make your computer faster
*Backup your important files and show you how to do it yourself so you can do it regularly
*Install upgrades
*Set up a home theater system
*I can also help with how to use your smartphone properly
*And many, many, many more!

Really... Absolutely anything you want to learn how to do, I can show you!

My rates are as followed:

$75 flat rate for any service unless you are more than 15 miles away from me then there will be a surcharge of $1 per extra mile... For example, if you are 33 miles away it would cost $93.... For people that have a large list of things they want to learn we can set up weekly or daily sessions at a heavily discounted rate. I have a flat rate but you can't expect me to stay there for 12 hours, I'm sure you can understand.

I live in hermitage so Mt Juliet, Madison, Goodlettsville, Hendersonville, Opry mills area would all be less than 15 miles... For reference, Gallatin and Smyrna are both about 20 miles away, Franklin is about 30 miles away and Murfreesboro is about 40 miles away

I have a referral program too, tell your friends and family that I can help them and when they make an appointment I will give you a discount on your next training session, send me enough people and I'll help you for free the next time you need me.

Cash only, I will not accept checks or money orders under any circumstances, I've been burned too many times by bounced checks and fake money orders... I will however trade my services for something worth what I would have charged you as long as I actually want the item you have to trade.

And for a little perspective on the price... Best Buy will charge you at least $200 for these services, most times it ends up being much much more. On top of that, the "geek squad" is mostly made up of salesmen that don't know anything about computers and they're only there to talk you into warranties, services you don't need or to talk you into a brand new computer... For example, to set up a new computer, get your WiFi setup and attach a printer to it would cost you roughly $400.... not only that but while they're charging you that they will try to push an unnecessary warranty and a bunch of services that you do not need whatsoever. Sadly most people don't know this so they're able to prey on peoples ignorance.

My schedule is flexible so if you work odd hours I can accommodate.

Call me anytime to make an appointment

I look forward to helping you!
