I paid in full for my storage unit. Then received letter a year later saying I was late with my payment. When I contacted their customer service I was was told there had been an errror. Someone else with the same name had been late and there account had been attached to... my name and address. The worst customer service, Original contract under $5500. Original price showed as $8178. No one could explain this. No returned calls from management. I had no problems with everything from the purchase to the delivery and the monthly payments. I had to have it in a hurry and got it with no problems. Bought it one day and was delivered the next. We got monthly statements, made the payments for 4 months and then pai...d it off. My experience with “Southern Lease Management” AKA CTH rentals was a nightmare! Avoid them at ALL COST!!! They have the WORST customer service skills that I have ever seen! It took me 6 months of continuous phone call s leaving messages that to this day have NEVER ...been returned and a certifies letter from my attorney to clear up a very simple matter. They make everything as difficult as possible. They do not send out regular statements even though they say that they do and you are left to assume that they received your payment with out any verification. I simply can not understand how these people are allowed to operate a business given their management skills. Stay away these people are scammers!!!! Read More
