Shawn ....is very rude and unprofessional. Responding by stating " what did I say? Is already sent that." You would think that no matter how many times you have done something good customer service is vital to maintain your job and your paycheck.
NY ATTITUDE
The people who work here are absolutely rude. Do not do business with them. Not helpful at all... in it for money and that's it.
