The ladies at this salon are INCREDIBLE. Great personalities and awesome services. They are the only salon that I go to because I am always impressed when I leave. Anytime I go in there for a new style I leave my hair in their hands and completely trust that they will c...ome up with something wonderful. They take the time to get to know their customers and ensure that everyone is satisfied. I have tried other salons and none have compared. I moved out of Phelps, but still return when I need my hair done because I trust these ladies so much! They also have great hours of operation making it very easy to make appointments. this salon is very relaxing and clean. the stylists are very professional and take time to explain things and work with you to meet all your needs. they are always pleasant and cheerful and I would never go any where else. I've seen them correct colors you wouldn't believe! the girls all work well together too.

i personally dealt with this patron she came into the salon w/a color card that was discontinued. her hair was not in good condition 2the stlyist she was scheduled w/ has 20 years experience. the consultation took 45 min.sothe stylist was behind, when trying to complet...e the service the client complained that our dryers and type of brush that was used ...at this time the stylist let her do it herself.we gave her the 3 hour service for free and apologized for her not being happy.later the client called , i explained i was sorry she wasnt happy .she came back in and ,she still was not completely satisfied,.i told her i would pay for her services out of my pocket to make her happy and that that the best thing would be for her to find another salon .after getting both services for free, she has the audasity to write a website to complain .she didnt even have the courage to sign her name. this travesty of a hair salon was terrible! they turned my hair from a beautiful blonde into an ugly orange and were completely rude and disrespectful, every single one of them
