I received a coupon in ValPak. Went to this DQ and ordered three blizzards and used a buy one get one Blizzard free. When I paid, they over charged me for a fourth blizzard. The guy at the counter said the cash register figures out the total and he couldn't do anythi...ng about it. I did get my money back after having to show simple math that we only had to pay for two blizzards. We ordered Chocolate Covered Cherry Blizzards and my first bite was a strawberry blizzard. When the finally got it right, they had not mixed the blizzard enough and we had full chunks of cherry and it not only looked horrible it tasted terrible. Probably rotton cherries. Absolutely the most unprofessional workstaff I have ever seen. Ungroomed and rude. They were more interested in talking to their friends than helping the 10 people that were in line. This place used to be owned by a nice couple, the gentleman had long hair but was ve...ry professional and kept his workers working, not gossiping and chatting with their friends. On my recent visit, June 8th, what I witnessed was more akin to recess in Junior High than a business who values their customers. Whomever is the new management is pathetic at best. I hope this gets to the Dairy Queen management on Smoky Hill Road. I was at your DQ last Thurs. but went out of town and got back in last Thurs. 2/27/09 night. I want to let you know that you just lost a customer because of the unprofessional workers that you have. The...re were two boys and one girl, 1- boy not in uniform then one kid that was sitting at a table took his coat off and went behind the counter still no uniform. This same kid was hugging a customer over the counter, then another kid brought a cell phone to the counter so this same young kid could speak to someone. We had ordered a v/cone and c/cone. One of the boys (heavy set) held up the v/cone so my daughter went to the counter to get it because she thought it was hers, but instead of this kid telling her it was for someone else (politely) he just kept moving the cone from her then another girl came up to get it.
