Very professional and conscientious
David was very professional and conscientious in his efforts to sell my property in So. Mission Beach. The reason it didn't sell was not do to his lack in any way. It did not sell because it was a tear down that involved two lots at a time developers were not speculatin...g and buying in the beach area and the economy was falling into crisis.. I was not willing to drop the price to a give away price and eventually took the property off the market and turned it into a vacation rental.

I recommend David 100%. He found this off market deal for me at the beach. He told me that with in 5-10 years developers will start scraping the smaller homes and building 2 homes on a lot. This is exactly what's been happening all because of the close bay location.
