NO WIFI, TRIPLE CHARGES
The guy at front desk has little english skills, charged my credit card 3 times for 1 night stay. Took a week to get refund. Rooms do not have wifi thats reliable. You cant book online for a reason, its because they are losing their franchise.. Employees live in the place...
mangement had no hospitality skills
can not understand how some owners get through the franchise screening process. magmt was extremly rude. rooms were average. seem to be no one available for any requests for info or to make a simple request for services
