DBT Orlando provides both evidence based model adherent full DBT, as well as DBT informed counseling for adolescents and adults. DBT Orlando exists to provide quality care for all those seeking to create “A life worth Living”. DBT Orlando is committed to providing a... comprehensive DBT program that includes all 4 adherent components. We strive to make care as accessible as possible to all those who seek our support. We use DBT skills along side other complementary modalities to give individuals and families quality learning in a safe and comfortable environment to help improve their lives and relationship and reduce suffering often caused by trauma, neglect, abuse and generational and cultural trauma. DBT provides individual DBT therapy for phase 1 and phase 2 DBT treatment with Licensed and Registered Intern clinicians and students. DBT Orlando provides groups through student, and registered interns primarily, with the oversight of certified supervisor clinicians with advanced DBT Training. This allows us to keep our groups affordable and accessible. We also provide other modalities of counseling and collaborate with other specialized practices and clinicians internally and externally.
