BAD customer service, Dirty Store
I went to this store on Black Friday and after standing in line forhours, and then digging through piles and piles of jeans strewn allover the store on the floor so that you could barely walk andbasically battling this disorganized mayhem...My friend and Ipurchased over... $400 worth of jeans. The inventory was so hard to weedthrough, that we were told to go ahead and 'just buy whatever' andexchange it later....by more than one employee. on bothoccasions that I visited this store the music was blaring and it wasvery dusty/dirty....especially the dressing rooms. The mgrwas the one who checked us out and he reiterated the exchange/returndeadline of 1/15. I wasn't sure what size my girls were going toneed and was assured that I could return or EXCHANGE. well i came in to exchange and the mgr instructed sales clerk not to honor the exchangeOut of room... :( but you get the idea...
HORRIBLE Customer Service
This store has AWFUL customer service. They do not care at all About making the customer happy and keeping them coming back. They do not stand behind their products and the manager treated his sales clerk so poorly. The sales floor is a mess with jeans strewn all abou...t the floor and counters and displays are a disorganized hot mess. Save your time and money and go to a different local boutique. The savings Decadence offers is not worth the headache
Very Disappointed!!
Very Disappointed! I tried posting this on their Facebook but they just kept deleting it with no response. We've been shopping at your store since you were at the last location and have told everyone how great it is. My sister lost everything she owns in a house fire la...st week. When she was asked where she wanted gift certificates from she said Decadence. The only pair of pants that were saved were LA Idols from your store that i have been desperately trying to get the smoke smell out bcuz she loved them so much! Sadly, today when I was using her gift certificate and trying to use another coupon I was given a hard time about the coupon and lied to that it was online only. Not wanting to argue as I am 8 1/2 months pregnant and tired of standing I just said forget it. I really hope you guys can fix this.
