Reliable equipment, knowledgeable staff
The equipment that I have rented has always worked well, has been well used and the employees are very knowledgeable. I have rented gas powered yard tools, and other semi-heavy tools, I'm a self employed handyman.
Patio heater that didn't heat, but they refunded
I rented a patio heater for a party and it didn't heat! It took them about 50 minutes to find the right valve for it, so that was a bit annoying since I had made the reservation several days in advance.\t\n\t\nWhen I returned the heater, I told them it hadn't done it's ...job. I was hoping I might get a partial refund. At the time, they just said, "we'll check it out." I decided I didn't want to bother fighting for the refund, so I left. A couple days later, I got a call from them saying that they had looked at it and the propane tube had been blocked. They gave me a full refund!\t\n\t\nSo, the product wasn't great, but in the end the service was. I'd give them another chance.
