The service in this place was phenomenal! We were not even in the market for a diamond ring. My wife and I were killing time while waiting for an appointment in the Whitney Bank Building. We started talking to one of the reps and explained we really were not to familiar... with diamonds and how to judge quality etc. They really took their time to show us the difference and explain how to find a top quality diamond. We were so impressed my wife ended up picking out a diamond ring and we bought it the next day. Highly recommend!
