Diamonsecret

I have bought a few items over the years here. All small, all perfect, exactly what I wanted and I have always been treated with dignity. I stopped by the other day and this (not a lady) old crone was striding, shuffling, staring and ease dropping while giving me the ey...e like I was either not worth her time or a thief. Unfortunately, I found out that Kelly (the previous owner) had died and this was his relative. I was shocked to learn that Jim, Kelly's partner, was not taking the store over. This Pat or Pam was and let me tell you, she is neither friendly nor inviting. She was rude, belittling to the employees in front of anyone and possesses no common decency that Kelly had so adamantly and flawlessly displayed. Shame on this “person” for ruining a Tulsa treasure, Kelly’s atmosphere, for mistaking a nose in the air towards customers as an excuse for what she apparently sees in herself as dignity and for being so rude to the employees who made the store what it was with Kelly. Shame! Read More

The white gold they use in their products have a yellow cast. You don’t notice it until you compare to your other white gold jewelry. I’ve bought several things then when I match them up with other white gold jewelry I have, it's looks almost tarnished. Iâ...€™ve had two people ask if my ring was yellow gold. It's not really yellow but definately NOT a pretty white gold. When I complained they acted like I was crazy and would not allow a return/refund. It’s a very nice store and they treat you nice when you’re buying but they don’t back up their product. The “secret” stone which is simply a CZ is not as pretty as some other high quality CZs I’ve since compared to; all of which allow returns if you are not satisfied - the way it should be!! Do your homework and you won’t buy here! I don't know how they stay in business but I bet they won't be too much longer with all the competiontion online. Read More
