Dr. Jon is the best dentist I have ever been used.
I have no trouble getting through on the phone, getting an appointment and never have a long wait.
I would never use anyone else.
MY DENTIST OF CHOICE
I HAVE HAD A COUPLE OF FILLINGS, A ROOT CANAL AND CROWNS. DR JON WAS SO KIND AND HIS WORK IS GREAT AND NO PROBLEMS AFTER. VERY PROFESSIONAL JOB AT HALF THE PRICE OF MY LOCAL DENTIST IN GEORGIA. HOWEVER, IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CALL......HAVE TO TRY FOR TWO DAYS SOMETI...MES BEFORE PHONE IS NOT BUSY. ALSO, EVEN THOUGH I KNOW THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME PLACE, THE WAITING ROOM CLEANLINESS LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED EVEN THOUGH THE ACTUAL CLINICAL ROOMS ARE CLEAN. WAIT TIME IS LONG BUT THE LAST TWO TRIPS WERE ACTUALLY BETTER. THINK THEY ARE WORKING ON IMPROVING THIS. I HAVE MORE TIME THAN I DO MONEY SO IT WORKS FOR ME. A PENNY SAVED IS A PENNY EARNED!

I receive the best service any one could ask for I had a fear of dentist not any more every one the staff was so considerate until I have over come my fears of dentist The dentist was very gentle the dental tech was so nice to me great service they are my family dentist
Expectations
I was in horrid pain with two teeth that needed to be extracted. No Insurance and couldn't afford to pay cash. Rushed or not the people at Dixieland Dental were considerate, kind and the Dr. did an excellent job removing the teeth. I finally have hope again that I may be able to save the teeth I have left and smile again.
