Working with the DNA Lady
When I called to ask questions about my situation, the DNA Lady (Mary) calmly and politely answered all of my questions. My situation was unpleasant to have to discuss with a stranger, but Mary held no judgment and made me feel comfortable. I understand what I have to... do next and since Mary is local, she will remember my details. I do not have to go back over every detail with an anonymous operator and I understand I can get an appointment with Mary on same day or less than 24 hours notice. She was very kind and understanding. More people should know how easy it is to obtain Peace of Mind through simple DNA testing.
