About DrySpace
DrySpace Foundation Works is a crawlspace and foundation contractor based in Baxter, serving Cookeville, Sparta, Crossville, Gainesboro, Lebanon and homes within 100 miles across the Upper Cumberland, Cumberland Plateau and Middle Tennessee. Vented crawlspaces here trap... humidity, original framing lets floors sag and bounce, and hillside grading drives water at foundation walls. We fix all three. Our work covers crawlspace encapsulation with vapor barriers and dehumidification, floor support systems that level sagging floors, and structural support using foundation piers and wall brace systems. We also install basement water systems, exterior basement sealing and FoundationScan reports. Free inspection. Financing available.
