horrible customer service
just called to get a quote from them on having my carpet cleaned. The women that answered the phone stated that she does not have anyone available to come out. I told her i was not looking to have it done right away but, within the next 2 weeks and before i could finish... my sentence she hung up on me. First experience, what a joke of a company and I would suggest you don't waist your time.. Jason p.s the rating above would say a horrible waist of time

Rusted Pipe
My house is pretty old, and I knew there was some rust on some of my pipes, but of course I put off the repairs until one finally broke and sprayed water all over my bedroom. We had about 3 inches of water throughout the first floor. I called this company and they came ...and pumped out all the standing water, and dried out the rest of the house. They were great and come highly recommended.
