Exceptional Customer Service
I would like to recommend Mike Lowrie and Eagle Tree Care LLC to anyone looking for tree experts. Mike is professional, prompt, and efficient. I found it refreshing working with Mike from beginning to end. Mike and his crew removed a 75-foot fir tree for us, it was impr...essive to watch. They were on time, curteous, cleaned up beautifully afterward, and offered to help with additional tasks while there. Eagle Tree Care is truely a high-quality company focused on customer care and satisfaction. On top of all that, they did the job for less money than other companies that put in a bid to remove the tree. They are exceptional. Sincerely, Julie Ames
Outstanding
I own a house in Yelm but live in the Portland area. The weather damaged the tree in my back yard and jepordized my fence and the neighbors playset with large broken branches. I talked with quite a few companies before asking Eagle Tree Care LLC to cut my tree down. ...They were professional, did what they said they would do and kept me informed of every step. The were on time, and did amazing work. My renter was so impressed with their service and professionalism that he called me to let me know I hired a great team! Mike worked with me on all aspects from the min I called him till the min the work was done. I can't say enought about how easy they made a difficult process from a distance. THANK YOU!!!!
