Poor quality and ridiculous customer service!
I do not rate this store with any stars. I had to click one to be able to submit this review! We bought a "new" pc from their store in Cookeville. I now believe everything in that store is refurbished. The first computer had a browser hijac...

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A 1 STOP CB RADIO SHOP FOR ALL YOUR CB RADIO NEEDS GOGGLE CB TECH 440.
Mike, the auto audio installer, is a professional!
If you want expert recommendations, suggestions and installation, make sure you ask for Mike Garcia. He did a great job installing my speakers and amp in my F150. You won't go wrong.
Were they looking to rip me off or did they just not know what they were doing?
I don't usually complain but I paid Electronic Express to install a stereo in my car. Later that night, the rear speakers randomly began cutting in and out. When I came back and they checked the wires, their explanation was that the Pioneer stereo I had installed was t...oo powerful for my Sony Explode speakers. They claimed my speakers had been shutting off when they got too hot, and they they could (of course) give me a really great deal on new speakers. When I said no, they said to just turn off the system and then turn it back on and it should "restart" the speakers. Needless to say, they stopped working again and I tried their method. My car was off for 9+ hours and the speakers never came back on. Since then I have had another (local business) look at my stereo. It was a loose wire. >..<
