Great Service
I've only had the pleasure of dealing with Bob for trying to repair my TV and he always went over and beyond to make sure it was done in a timely manner and to the best of his ability. I would recommend Electronic Services to anyone that needs electronical repair...GREAT SERVICE...thanks Bob!!
Worst Company and Even Worse Service
If I could give this place no stars for a rating, I would. This company was referred to me by Best Buy so that I could have my washing machine fixed, as Best Buy was booked for the next three weeks, they referred me to a local third party. I attempted to have conversati...ons with Fred at Electronic Services regarding my machine and he was rude and disrespectful from the beginning. He would not come to my house to look at my machine before ordering parts exceeding hundreds of dollars and he did not keep the promised date of service. I am SEVERELY disappointed with this company, their customer service, and the man that they are allowing to be the face of their company. I am looking into reporting them to the better business bureau. DO NOT UTILIZE THIS COMPANY.
