this company is un professional! I opened my blinds to discover this company in MY yard (we own our home) digging a HOLE, they tore up my sod, they did not ask or let me know ANY of this was happening! The supervisor tried to tell me it wasn't my property! Cops are call...ed and I am waiting on them now. My yard is a middy mess thanks to this company and I DONT even have service threw them never have NEVER will! If I could give 0 stars I WOULD.

Terrible Service
You should have a catagory for 0 stars. FairPoint has consistently over charged me for services on the "basic package" and the lines are full of static. This happens all the time with them. I've cancelled them.
